DC Historic Tours is a slick Google Maps mashup that combines custom walking tour creation with Flickr photo feeds and Wikipedia entries. You can click through now and checkout the preview which will let you create a custom map, save it and reference it later when you’re ready to tour the city.

This application can be of great help especially to those people who were alien to other places. Remarkable places could be easily found. It’s a great way to enjoy a vacation with your family. Safety tips for a better touring experience:
1.) Always check your baggage.
2.) Always bring traveling equipments such as compass, Sunglasses, mobile phones , etc.
