We the People empowers all of us to make D.C. a more responsive community where all voices are heard and each of us can make a difference. Wikis, are by nature, works in progress. This is a great example of the use of open, semantic technologies to further the collaboration between administrations and citizens. Thousands of pages of content and many interesting features. Wow.
